Sales Development Representative (North America)

THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hytro, you'll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth across North America. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers across elite performance environments and converting outreach into qualified sales meetings. This is a high-impact, front-line role within a fast-growing sports tech business.
You will play a key role in the expansion of the business and will report directly into the Head of North America Sales.
The role requires someone who is proactive and thrives on responsibility and can learn and adapt quickly to the needs of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and build lists of qualified contacts in Pro and College sports organizations. Execute targeted outreach via calling, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to drive engagement.
- Outbound Sales Campaigns: Manage multi-step, personalized outreach cadences tailored to performance and rehab professionals.
- Lead Qualification & Meeting Booking: Qualify interest and schedule discovery calls or demos with senior sales leadership. Maintain up-to-date CRM records with accurate contact data, notes, and activity.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Head of Sales on campaign strategy, messaging, and regional focus. Conduct market research sharing feedback and insights to inform product and marketing teams.
- Administrative: Assist with the quote and invoice process, support end-to-end product shipping and deliveries, CRM management-updating contacts within orgs and deals, CRM hygiene, non-contacted prospects, gaps in outreach, log meeting notes, assist progressing deals through the sales cycle in collaboration with head of sales.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on trends in strength & conditioning, rehab, and high-performance sport in the US and Canada. Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
KPI’s for this role will be based on outbound activities, leads generated, meetings completed, meetings booked for senior sales staff, lead-to-meeting conversion, lead response rate, task completion, CRM accuracy, and speed to follow-up.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1–3 years’ experience in a B2B sales, SDR, or commercial sport-tech role.
- Prior experience selling into performance teams in Pro or College sport is highly desirable.
- Some expertise within the pro and college verticals would be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven success in outbound campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (e.g.Apollo, Outreach).
- Comfortable working remotely, autonomously, and in collaboration with international team members.
- A collaborative and supportive environment where you will have an impact from day one

$60,000 – $75,000 (incl. commission/bonus) |
